This building is a magical building. Home to the late RadioShack, a childhood memory I will never forget. Always had all the new electronics, RIP. Struggles I had while taking these photos were small things that were easily fixable. All of my first pictures had sidewalks in them so I had to get that out. But also finding a decent building to photograph was hard as well.
The Wine Castle, or cAAstle, is surprisingly one of the more popular buildings in this town. I've actually never been on there, but the unique architecture is what makes this building famous in Ann Arbor (AA) hence the name cAAstle. I also chose this picture because it was close to the Dairy Queen which I also photographed. It was hard to get multiple pictures of this because it's just the same all around, so it was hard to get very different pictures.
I photographed Dairy Queen because it really is just legendary. Summer trips to the DQ getting an Oreo Brownie Earthquake really is slappin. This building was really hard to photograph though because it isn't tall, and to get a decent photo the sidewalk had to be in the picture. I think that it is okay though because the sidewalk really has been a major part of DQ. Many dropped frozen treats.
THE ALDI Market, never actually been inside but the colorful modern architecture really makes this building stand out. A fairly basic building, with lots of life. Tons of old people walking in and out, saying "hi" to me as I take pictures of their trusted market. There were no struggles photographing this. Amazing venue.
Welcome to the outbuilding of Crisler Arena. I don't think that's actually what it is but since this is art class I can make up whatever I want. Clip Man Duncan Robinson, a pretty good shooter for Michigan Basketball, plays at Crisler Arena. This was my favorite building to photograph because the architecture is very beautiful. A wide, glass building, which was home to many when I took these pictures because it was graduation. that would be my only struggle with this, too many people trying to hop in the pictures.
